ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will be expected to perform duties and tasks as required for the smooth completion of renovation building projects. You must be willing to adapt and work within a team environment.

You will be working with the director/builder and will have one apprentice and a carpenter to join in your team.

You will be expected to undertake estimating, take off's and ordering materials, manage on-site trades, and ensure their compliance with company policies and procedures, present and communicate with clients on-site in a professional manner.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
🗹 Must have ALL tools.
🗹 Must have a minimum of 2 years post apprenticeship.
🗹 Must have a strong work ethic and be able to handle running a site.
🗹 Must be able to take on board advice and be willing to develop with the company.
